The Ministry of labour of the Republic of Uzbekistan held negotiations with the delegation of the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) led by its President Kim In Shik. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan Kwon Yong Woo, Director of “Hyundai Engineering Co. Ltd.” Office in Uzbekistan Song Dong Joon.

In particular, it reports that our country by the way of building a democratic, law-based state, one of the first in the region has ratified 13 conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), including forced labor and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child labor and others. It was noted that the provision of human rights and freedoms are the supreme purpose in Uzbekistan.
