President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on December 30.

In a telephone conversation held on December 30, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov cordially congratulated each other and the fraternal people of the two countries on the year of 2025, sincerely wishing health, happiness, well-being, peace and prosperity.

The President got acquainted with the construction of transportation infrastructure and engineering communications in New Tashkent.

As is known, construction of the first facilities in New Tashkent started on April 3 this year. The President of our country emphasized that this large-scale project starts with scientific and educational institutions, noting: “They will become the basis and exemplary embodiment of our idea to create an enlightened society”.
