At the current stage of development, the higher education system of Uzbekistan is undergoing significant institutional changes. 

The decision of the head of our state to “widely celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of the son of the famous Karakalpak poet and thinker Ajiniyaz Kosiboy” became a historical event in the spiritual, social, literary and cultural life of our New Uzbekistan.  

The “Uzbekistan-2030” Strategy focuses on the creation of a modern education system in the country that meets international standards and promotes critical thinking, creative approach and professionalism.

Over the years of independent development Uzbekistan firmly guided by the principles of universal, equal and direct suffrage in secret voting, has progressively implemented international electoral standards into its electoral legislation.
