In accordance with the order and decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 28 with an aim to comprehensively support young generation and increase its activity in the state and public life, a group of outstanding young men and women received “Kelajak bunyodkori” medals and “Mard uglon” state awards.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has addressed a meeting on the occasion of June 30 - Youth Day. Congratulating the youth of Uzbekistan on the holiday, the Head of State expressed faith in the talent of the young generation and admiration for their successes.

Today Youth day is widely celebrated in Uzbekistan. The main solemn events are being held at the International congress-center in Tashkent.
