President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

A telephone conversation was held between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh.

On July 24, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a telephone conversation.

On July 22, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Jizzakh region and got acquainted with the activities of the special industrial zone “Zaamin Technopark”.

The Head of State viewed the presentation of new projects planned to be implemented in the Zaamin Technopark.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the progress of construction of a plant for production of household appliances in Zaamin district of Jizzakh region.

The work on full disclosure of the potential of all regions of the country continues. On December 31 last year, the Presidential Decree on accelerated socio-economic development of Jizzakh region was adopted, which envisages specific measures to attract $2 billion of investments, bring exports to $285 million and provide employment for 168 thousand people in 2025.

On July 21, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed a presentation on the implementation of joint projects with foreign partners in the oil and gas sector.
