Following the Uzbek-Qatari Summit, a ceremony of joint tree planting took place.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani planted a tree at the Samarkand Congress Center.

The ceremony became a symbol of the beginning of a new era in Uzbek-Qatari multifaceted relations and the Leaders’ commitment to strengthening friendship between the peoples of our countries.
