Upon arrival in Tashkent, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, accompanied by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, visited the «Yangi O‘zbekiston» park.

Traditionally, the Russian Leader laid a wreath at the Independence Monument.

During a short tour of the complex, the distinguished guest was briefed on the content and features of this architectural ensemble.
