On September 8, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Astana on a working visit.

In the capital of Kazakhstan, the Head of our State will participate in the solemn opening ceremony of the 5th World Nomad Games - international sports competitions on ethnic sports included in the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

It should be noted that more than 2 thousand athletes from about 90 countries are expected to participate in this sporting event, including the team from Uzbekistan.
