Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan meets with the Secretary-General of the OTS in Istanbul

TASHKENT, March 13. /Dunyo IA/. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov met yesterday in Istanbul with the Secretary-General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanichbek Omuraliev, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the MFA, the meeting took place within the framework of the regular meeting of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of the OTS.

The meeting focused on pressing issues related to expanding multilateral cooperation within the Organization.

The importance of enhancing practical interaction in all key areas, as well as improving the efficiency of the OTS-affiliated structures, was emphasized.

Particular attention was given to the effective implementation of the initiatives and proposals put forward by the Head of State during the Organization’s Summits.
