The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in the city of Samarkand to participate in the events of the first "Central Asia - European Union" summit.

Today, the Head of our state will hold an informal meeting with the President of the European Council António Costa.

Tomorrow, a series of bilateral negotiations are scheduled with the heads of delegations participating in the summit.

On April 4, the main multilateral events will take place with the participation of the Heads of Central Asian states and the leaders of key EU institutions.
