The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Jeddah on a working visit at the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The Leader of our country was met by the Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Badr bin Sultan Al Saud and other officials at Jeddah International Airport.

In line with the programme of the visit, a number of protocol events will be held today.

The main events of the Summit - the meeting of the Heads of State and Government in the "Central Asia - Gulf Cooperation Council" format and bilateral negotiations will take place tomorrow, July 19.
